Instagram Live with Orri UK: Eating Disorders Treatment Specialist
February 2023
It was great to feature on Orri UK's Instagram Live series discussing my own experience with a body image disorder as a man and offering advice for those still going through their own recovery journey. The main message to those still on that journey is to be patient, kind to yourself and never give up! Recovery is always possible.

Running Great North Run 2019 for Sane
I ran for Sane at Great North Run 2019 raising £440 for this fantastic charity.
SANE is a UK-wide charity working to improve quality of life for people affected by mental illness. SANE has three main objectives linked to our aims and outcomes:
To raise awareness and combat stigma about mental illness, educating and campaigning to improve mental health services.
To provide care and emotional support for people with mental health problems, their families and carers as well as information for other organisations and the public.
To initiate research into the causes and treatments of serious mental illness such as schizophrenia and depression and the psychological and social impact of mental illness.
